Description: Manages the New Student Orientation Program for new undergraduate students to the University, including first time freshmen and transfer students; hires, trains, and supervises staff; coordinates the arrangements and participation in the orientation program; oversees the invitation, reservation, and receipt of funds; manages campus recruiting events, including promotional activities and site accommodations. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Education Administration, Student Personnel Services, or a related field of study and at least one year of experience in recruiting and/or student orientation in a higher education environment, special event planning or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Requires a valid driver’s license.
